Precision Casting: Use casting or forging processes to form preliminary shapes.

Machining: Use lathes, milling machines, drilling machines, and other mechanical equipment to precisely process hydraulic parts to meet the size and tolerance requirements on the design drawings.

Heat Treatment: Perform heat treatment such as quenching and tempering to improve the strength of hydraulic parts.

Bimetallic Sintering: Combine two different metal materials by high-temperature sintering to form a composite part with the characteristics of two metals.

Test Assembly: Perform quality inspection on the sintered bimetallic parts to ensure that they meet the design and application standards.
